9.30-9.50am- welcome to Solihull Cllr Max McLoughlin

9.50-10.50 – Jonathan Bartley Co-leader, talk plus Q&A

11- 12 – AGM  election of officers and PolCom reps, officer reports, “progressive alliance” motion, Be A Councillor video unveiling!

12 – 1 lunch provided by Solihull GP volunteers

1-1.50 – Marianne Overton Local Government Association  – How Greens can help LGA lobby central Govt.

2- 2.50 – Being an effective opposition – the death of the council chamber – James Burn   

3 – 3.50 - Open mike. Cllr achievements parish, town and the rest – 5 mins each (incl Gina Dowding on ethical  pension success, Edinburgh Greens on balance of power deal)

4 – 5  - James Burn on how to make local election messaging count

Sunday 9th July

10 – 10.50 – Local election troubleshooting – Robert Lindsay talks about his county council campaign and then is joined by GP election manager Chris Williams to answer your questions.

11-11.50 – Simon Pickering on Greening Stroud

12- 12.50  Craig Simmons, former chair Oxford City budget panel on Greening the council budget

1– 2 parish/town talk  - Bill Rigby former mayor of Knaresborough on what Greens can contribute to parish/town councils

1- 2 Public speaking and door knocking with confidence  - Julie Howell, professional trainer

2- 3 lunch – plus discussion with GPEx chair Clare Phipps on greater GP governance role for AGC
